a comeback was desperately needed…

So that's what I did. It didn't happen overnight. Not in the slightest. I started with small changes. I started being mindful of what I was putting in my body. I started going to the gym a few days a week. I rested more. I drank more water. And those small decisions led to not only the shed of all the excess weight I had put on, but a complete habit and life transformation. I was so passionate about all I had learned throughout the course of my own transformation journey, I invested in educational courses to get my personal training and nutrition certifications. And that is how JTBFitness came to fruition.

Now, I get to work alongside women of all walks of life. I get the privilege of educating and encouraging them on how to properly fuel and move their bodies while hitting their goals. With all of the misinformation and false advertising in the world, I know how frustrating it can be to follow "promised" protocols, fads, and the newest weight loss secrets. So I have created a fitness program tailored to each INDIVIDUAL woman and not the population as a whole. JTBFitness started from the heart of a 22 year old college girl who wanted to not just look better, but feel better. To be stronger. To enjoy the fullness of what life has to offer. I am so thankful because now I get the opportunity to help other women step into arenas they should and are welcomed in. JTBFitness was made for you.
