My story

I help women like you, because i once was a woman like you. it all started senior year of college…

I'm sure you've heard the story go - "I was so busy with schedules, relationships, etc. that I put my health on the back burner. I can't believe how much I've let myself go." My story isn't far off from that. I went through my four years of college doing all of the extracurriculars, balancing jobs and a social life, as well as enduring the struggles of nursing school. Fueling my body with the proper nutrients and prioritizing movement were FAR down on my list of priorities. This led me to end my four years of college with an additional 40 pounds of weight than I had walking onto the campus as a freshman -- oof, right? I looked back and thought, HOW did I get to this point?

But in all honesty, it's a lot easier than we think, right? One thing leads to another and if we are not intentional in prioritizing certain things, we may look back at the years and see how far we've fallen off the track. But my post-grad self decided that big changes were needed. We weren't going to sit back and settle for how far we had fallen. We needed a comeback.
